Meetings

Sessions will be conducted via Zoom and may be recorded upon request. Recordings may be made available within 48 hours of the session, upon request. Any relevant resources will be shared through Zoom chat or emailed to the parent. If a student email is provided, the parent will be copied on all communications.

Pricing

  • 45 minutes- $60

Payment

Payments are accepted via Venmo and PayPal. If using PayPal, please select the "Friends and Family" option to avoid service fees.

If neither of these options works, credit card payments are accepted at $2.00 per minute to cover processing fees. Please request this option if preferred, and payment instructions will be provided.

To secure a session, payment must be received at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24+ hours’ notice: Full refund or funds applied to a future session (client’s choice).

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice (but at least 1 hour): 50% refund or credit for a future session.

  • Less than 1 hour’s notice or no-show: No refund.

Late Arrivals

If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Technical Issues

  • If the tutor experiences a technical issue that prevents the session from occurring, it will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

  • If the student has a technical issue, the tutor will attempt to accommodate, but the session may be shortened accordingly.

By confirming a tutoring session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. While every effort is made to support academic success, the tutor is not responsible for test scores, grades, or technical failures beyond their control.
